The Eastern Randolph Farmers Market...More Than A Market

The Eastern Randolph Farmers Market, located at Millstone Creek Orchards, operates weekly on Saturdays (9am-2pm) from May 3rd - August 23rd, providing a venue where local farmers, producers, crafters and artisans come together to sell a variety of fresh produce and related products directly to the consumer.

Vendors have the opportunity to participate in the ERFM as either a seasonal or temporary vendor:

  • Season Pass: $140 for the season
    • The full season pass allows vendors the option to participate in the full season, with up to 17 days. They have a dedicated space each week and will be given priority placement in our front circle for maximum visibility.
  • Daily Pass: $15 per day
    • For vendors who are only able to attend a few market days, we have the option to pay per date attended.
  • There is also a $10 non-refundable application fee charged at the submission of this application.

The ERFM is more than just a Market and always has something unique to offer shoppers and vendors - fresh seasonal donuts, local ice cream at Sweet Retreat Ice Cream Parlor, special events, themed product days (Tomato Day, Peach Day, etc.), educational programs, The Cider House, open fishing, and seasonal u-pick fruit opportunities. Learn more about becoming a vendor below and apply to join our Eastern Randolph Farmers Market Family.

*Please understand that submitting an application does not guarantee vendor acceptance. If you do not qualify per the Farmers Market guidelines, we'd love for you to join our Summer Outdoor Markets hosted once a month from May-August.

Each vendor in the market must be directly involved with and be knowledgeable about the production of the produce or products being sold at the market and exemplify originality to ensure the integrity of our market.

  • Vendors must list all items and products they wish to sell at the ERFM on their application. All items/products are subject to approval by market manager in order to be eligible for sale at the Market. Market staff may ask for further photos and documentation to verify compliance with the producer-only guideline.
  • Certifications, photos, and other support documentation are required to process applications.
